Whistleblowing and Speak-Up Policy

Version 1.0 · Adopted by the board on 23 September 2026 · Next review 23 September 2027

All policies

Gives everyone a safe route to report wrongdoing, and protects those who use it.

Scope

This policy is open to directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, landowners and any other person who deals with the company.

What to report

Reports may concern bribery or corruption, fraud, sanctions breaches, falsification of records or project data, health and safety risks, harassment or discrimination, environmental harm, or any breach of the company's policies or the law.

How to report

Reports may be made to any director, in person, by telephone or in writing, or by email to compliance@inbox.case.sg. A report may be made anonymously, although an anonymous report may be harder to investigate.

If the concern involves a director

Where the concern involves a director, the report may be made to any other director. Where it concerns all directors, it may be made to the company's external legal adviser, whose details are provided on request.

Protection

No person who raises a concern in good faith will suffer dismissal, termination, or any other detriment, whether or not the concern is upheld. Retaliation against a person who has raised a concern is itself a disciplinary matter.

Handling

Every report is acknowledged within five business days. The directors decide who investigates, ensuring that person is independent of the matter. The outcome is communicated to the person who raised the concern so far as confidentiality permits.

Records

Reports and their outcomes are recorded and reviewed by the board at least annually.

Reporting a concern

Concerns about any matter covered by this policy may be raised with any director or by email to compliance@inbox.case.sg. Reports made in good faith attract no adverse consequence.
