Sets how the company protects people and the environment on and around its project sites.
Scope
This policy applies to the company's own personnel and to everyone working on a site the company controls, including contractors and visitors.
Commitment
The company is committed to preventing injury and ill health, and to protecting the environment at every site under its control. It complies with the health and safety and environmental legislation of each jurisdiction, including the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and state equivalents in Australia.
Site access
No person enters a project site without induction, appropriate personal protective equipment, and the company's authorisation. Contractors provide their own safe work method statements before work begins.
Contractors
The company selects engineering and construction contractors partly on their safety record, and requires them to hold appropriate insurance and current safety certifications.
Environment
Development activity is planned to limit disturbance to land, water, habitat and neighbouring communities. Ecological, heritage, noise and visual assessments are carried out as part of the development approval process for each project, and their findings are acted on.
Landowners and neighbours
The company maintains open communication with host landowners and neighbouring communities, and responds to complaints promptly and on the record.
Incidents
All incidents and near misses are reported, recorded and investigated, and the lessons applied across the portfolio.
Reporting a concern
Concerns about any matter covered by this policy may be raised with any director or by email to compliance@inbox.case.sg. Reports made in good faith attract no adverse consequence.
